Yes. If you want to add an extra layer of authenticity to your certified translation, you can request our notarization service for a small fee. This service applies to all the Certificates of Translation Accuracy in your order.
A notarized certificate means that a representative of our company and a California Notary Public have signed and stamped it. The stamp shows the Notary’s commission number and expiration date. This proves that the certificate is official and valid in any state in the US.
We notarize our certificates twice a day from Monday to Friday. As soon as you approve your translation, we will include it in the next notarization batch. You will receive an email notification when your notarized certificate is ready.
Do you supply Apostilles?
An Apostille is a special certificate that verifies the authenticity of your notarized translation for international use. We can coordinate this service for you with the California Secretary of State.
Can you mail me a physical copy ?
Some of our clients prefer to receive a physical copy of their translation in addition to the digital copy. If you are one of them, here is what you need to know:
- We will send you an unfolded copy of your translation with original signatures in a cardboard envelope. The translation will be printed on high-quality 24 lb. paper with a color laser printer.
- We will not send you a copy of your original document, as you already have it. You will need to attach our translation to your original document when you use it.
- We will ask for your approval before we ship your translation. You will receive an email from us when your translation is ready for review. Please reply within a week, otherwise, we will ship your translation without your approval.
- If you need any revisions after we ship your translation, we can only make them on the digital copy. If you want another physical copy with the revisions, you will have to pay an extra fee.
- If you approve your order by 12 pm EST, we will ship it on the same day. If not, we will ship it on the next business day.
