What does the 100% acceptance guarantee actually cover?
The guarantee covers any rejection of our certified translation by USCIS, a court, a licensing board, a university, a government agency, or a corporation when the rejection is due to our translation quality or certification format.
If one of those bodies rejects the translation for that reason, you get your full payment back. We have maintained this guarantee across more than 100,000 documents.
If USCIS rejects my certified translation, do I really get a full refund?
Yes. USCIS accepts our certified translations for family petitions, citizenship, green card applications, and visa processing, and every one includes a Certificate of Accuracy that meets USCIS formatting requirements.
If USCIS rejects our translation because of its quality or certification format, we refund your payment in full. The risk of that rejection sits with us, not you.
How do I claim a refund if my translation is rejected?
Email us the rejection notice from USCIS, the court, the licensing board, or the agency that turned the translation down.
We review the reason, and if it is due to our translation quality or certification format, we issue a full refund within three to five business days. There are no complicated forms and no back-and-forth.
Are there situations the money-back guarantee does not cover?
The guarantee covers rejections caused by our translation quality or certification format. It does not cover reasons unrelated to our work, such as a missing source document, an incorrect filing procedure, an incomplete application, or an agency policy change.
When the rejection is on our side, you receive a full refund with no exceptions.
How long does the acceptance guarantee stay valid?
There is no expiration date. The guarantee is valid for the lifetime of your document's use with government agencies, universities, licensing boards, and courts.
If one of those bodies rejects our certified translation at any point because of quality or certification format, we honor the guarantee and refund you in full.
What if an agency asks for revisions instead of rejecting the translation?
If an agency requests changes, such as a formatting adjustment, added certification detail, or clarification of a term, we make the revisions at no charge and send updated certified copies.
These requests are rare because we format to meet standard requirements, but when they happen we handle them right away at no cost to you.
