After you ask for a quote, a message lands in your inbox with a direct link to its page. You can open that page whenever you like, and it works even when no account was set up.

Account holders can also sign in and open the area that lists every quote request they have made. Once there, searching, filtering, and sorting let you locate the right one in seconds.

When your account is tied to a business team, the Quotes area lists each quote across that team and notes the person who requested it.

Select any quote to open its full details, save a PDF copy, edit it, or finish paying.

Understanding Quote Statuses

Every quote carries a status so you always know where it stands. Right on the quote page you will see that status spelled out, plus a short note on what is happening at the moment and what comes after.

Your request has reached us and we are putting together the quote, with pricing and turnaround included. The moment it is ready for your review, a message will arrive in your inbox.

The quote is now ready for you. Look over the details and pay to set your translation in motion. Optional services can be adjusted right on the quote page, and the same goes if other changes are needed.

An email has gone out from us raising a question or flagging an issue about your quote. Send a reply so processing can continue.

With your quote approved, it has now become an active order. A confirmation message will reach you, and progress can be followed on your order status page.

Editing Add-On Services

Optional services such as notarization, faster turnaround, or shipping can be changed straight from the quote page, with no need to write to support. Just choose "Edit add-on services", change what you have selected, and the quote refreshes on its own.

Note: revisions to the core translation service, the language pair, or what is in the document have to be .

Requesting Changes to Your Quote

Should you need to swap a file, include more documents, switch the language pair, or move the translation type (say, from standard over to certified), please . Remember to give your quote number and spell out exactly what you want changed.

In many situations we can revise the quote you already have, though now and then a fresh quote becomes necessary.

Adding Comments or Special Instructions

Left out something important the first time, such as how you want formatting done, the way names or handwriting should be treated, delivery notes, or any other detail unique to your job? You are still able to send it along after submitting.

To pass along instructions, just answer your quote email or get in touch through our . Give your quote number and lay out plainly what you want to say. Our team will adjust your request and make certain the translator has the details in hand before any work starts.

Converting Your Quote into an Order

As soon as the quote is ready, an email lands in your inbox carrying a secure link for reviewing and paying. Logged-in users can also reach it through their account. Take a careful look at the project details, the full cost, and the estimated turnaround before going ahead.

Payment can be made with any major credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or business invoicing on approved accounts. The instant you submit it, the quote turns into an order and enters processing.

Every quote stays good for at least 30 days. Should yours lapse before you finish paying, just and we will switch it back on for you, with no fresh request to file.

Sending a Payment Link to a Third Party

When the bill is meant for someone else, perhaps a client, an employer, or a relative, you can route a secure payment request to them straight from the quote page.

To set this up, enter their name, their email, and a message if you wish. That person gets an email holding your note plus a secure link for paying. Nothing beyond the quote number and the amount owed will be visible to them.

The moment payment goes through, your quote becomes an order and a confirmation email is sent your way.

What Happens After Ordering

After your quote turns into an active order, a confirmation email reaches you and processing on the project gets underway.

The clock on turnaround begins after we look over the order and hand it to a translator. From the order status page you can watch progress and grab your files as soon as the translation wraps up.

Your original quote stays reachable in your account as a record, though no further updates will be made to it. Everything that happens next, from messages to actions, ties to the order instead.

Downloading Your Quote

Want a copy of the quote for an internal sign-off, your files, or billing? A tidy, professional PDF can be saved from the quote page whenever you need one.

Inside the saved quote you will find the project details, the full cost, the estimated turnaround, and every service you picked. That makes it handy to pass on to teammates, clients, or whoever is footing the bill.

Viewing Your Quote History

Within the relevant section of your account you will find a complete record of past quotes. Once you open it, the following options are available:

• Revisit previous quote details
• Keep an eye on the status of open quotes
• Quote numbers to cite when you contact support

Did you request a quote without signing in, then later register using that very email? Any earlier quotes will surface in your account automatically.
