How Stamps, Seals, and Layout Are Handled
Do you translate the stamps and seals on my document?
Yes, every one. An official seal or stamp is part of what makes your document valid, so we never skip it. Each seal, stamp, and emblem is noted in its place and its text translated, marked clearly so the reviewer can see that nothing was left out.
Will the translation match my document's layout?
A certified translation is meant to be compared against the original side by side. We mirror the structure of your document: a heading where it has a heading, a table where it has a table, the seal where the seal sits. The reviewer can lay the two pages together and follow them line for line.
What about signatures and handwritten notes?
Signatures are noted in place, and any handwriting we can read is translated. When something genuinely cannot be made out, we mark it as illegible instead of guessing, and we tell you so you can send a clearer copy before it becomes a problem.
Will the certified translation look official?
Every certified order carries a signed Certificate of Accuracy on its coversheet, with the translator or agency credentials a reviewer needs to verify it. That statement is what turns an accurate translation into one an authority will actually accept.
Can you keep the layout of a brochure or manual?
For design-heavy files like brochures, handbooks, and manuals, we can rebuild the translated text inside your original layout so it reads naturally and looks like the source rather than a wall of replaced words. Tell us at checkout if you need the formatting matched and we will set it up that way.
