Keeping Names, Numbers, and Dates Accurate
Will the names on my translation match my other documents?
One name spelled two ways can stall a whole case. The officer reviewing your file compares your translation against your passport, your application forms, and your other records, and a mismatch reads as a discrepancy that earns a request for evidence or a flat refusal.
So we set the spelling of every name to match the identity document you are filing with, and we hold that exact spelling across every page and every document in your order. If your own records already disagree with each other, tell us which spelling to follow and we flag the difference rather than guess.
Can you keep the special characters and accents in my name?
Your name is not a rounding error. We preserve accented and special letters exactly, and when your name is written in another script we transliterate it to match the spelling already on your passport, so the officer sees the version they expect rather than a new one.
How are numbers, amounts, and ID numbers handled?
Figures are copied digit for digit, never rounded and never converted to another currency unless you ask. A single transposed number on a bank statement, a registration number, or a case number can sink a filing, so every figure is checked back against the source.
How do you keep dates accurate across formats and calendars?
Date order changes from one country to the next, and some documents use a different calendar entirely. We render each date so the receiving office reads it the way they expect, and where a calendar conversion is involved we make it clear rather than leave it to chance.
What if my documents have a name discrepancy?
A maiden name, an old transliteration, or a clerk's typo can leave two documents disagreeing. We do not paper over it. We translate exactly what each document says, point out the difference, and you can add a name discrepancy affidavit so the office sees the explanation up front.
What if there is a mistake in my original document?
A certified translation mirrors the source, so we translate an error as written and tell you about it rather than quietly correct it. Changing it would break the match with the record the issuing office holds, which is the opposite of what you want.
