Frequently asked questions
Learn eligibility, reward timing, redemption steps, and how the $5 reward and 15% discount apply.
Who can join Referral Rewards, and how do I find my referral link?
Any ABC Translations customer with at least one completed, non-refunded paid order and an account in good standing can take part. Once you are eligible, log into your account and open the Referral Rewards section to find your unique link and code, ready to share by email, social media, or messaging apps.
How does the 15% friend discount and my $5 reward actually work?
When a friend uses your link, they automatically get 15% off their first order. Once that order is completed and paid, you earn a $5 reward. You can refer as many friends as you like and earn $5 for each completed first order.
When does my $5 reward become available to use?
Your reward shows as pending the moment your friend places an order with your link. Once their order is completed and paid, the $5 is credited and ready to redeem. Rewards tied to canceled or refunded orders are voided.
How do I redeem my Referral Rewards through Tremendous?
Once you have earned at least $5, go to the Referral Rewards section in your account and choose the amount to redeem. We generate a link through our partner Tremendous, where you pick from more than 2,000 options, including cash by PayPal or Venmo, prepaid Visa cards, Amazon, Walmart, or Starbucks gift cards, or a charitable donation. Available choices vary by location.
Does joining Referral Rewards cost anything or carry fees?
Joining is free and you never pay to participate or earn. Visa cards, gift cards, and many other rewards are issued at full value. Some cash redemptions, including PayPal or Venmo, carry a small platform fee shown before confirmation.
Can I refer myself or open extra accounts to earn more rewards?
No. Self-referrals and using multiple accounts to earn rewards are treated as fraud. Doing so leads to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all rewards. Each person may have only one account.
Are there rules about how I share my referral link?
Yes. Share your link personally with friends, family, and contacts who genuinely need translation. Do not send spam, post it on coupon or deal sites, or use unethical promotion. Breaking these rules ends your participation and forfeits your rewards.
Will my rewards expire if I do not use them?
Rewards stay available while your account is active. If you go 12 straight months without earning or redeeming, unredeemed rewards may expire after we give notice. A monthly statement keeps your balance easy to track.
